•Facilitating the licensing issues to engage in the mortgage business through the use of “net branching” bypassing the startup time and expense otherwise necessary to obtain proper licenses in each state, developing new banking relationships, and further reducing legal liability
•Maintained parameters established by the licensing company successfully
•Hiring of all staff necessary to conduct the business (over 60 employees)
•Responsible for ensuring the processing of loans originated therein
•Establishment of the tracking systems to control the work flows
•Setting up the structure to keep all work within legal parameters of the very strict banking industry
•Successful startup of the mortgage banking partnership, generating additional targeted revenues for the real estate venture
A real estate company wanted entry into the banking side of the business in order to increase profits and needed a partner in order to realize the objectives.
