Approach

  1. Analysis and review of the facility, tracking systems, and financials

  2. Job Descriptions created and signed by employees regarding exact duties, chain of command, management reporting, and decision making parameters

  3. Employee handbook written for the establishment and distributed to employees

  4. Areas of HR improved to reduce company liability

  5. Inventory management systems developed and installed to reduce shrinkage, ensure all necessary materials were available for jobs, and control ordering to optimum levels

  6. Successful turnaround of the company with systems installed, maximizing profitability and giving management the tools to control the company for expansion and renewed success

Management had lost control of employees and there were no parameters established for individual employee decision.  The company lacked structure which allowed for duplicate inventory and equipment orders.

We were engaged to install management systems of control and to restructure the company for organization and profit.
