General Terms and Conditions
Perception Advisory
Our engagements are contingent upon our standard terms and conditions.
§ 1 Administration
These terms and conditions shall solely pertain. Alternate or opposing terms shall not pertain unless specifically approved in writing.
§ 2 Fees, Settlement
( 1 ) Our fees / charges and expenses are exclusive of the corresponding taxes.
( 2 ) A retainer for the engagement is due and payable upon signing.
( 3 ) The remaining fees and / or charges and expenses are due and payable within 30 days from the date of the invoice. In default, the amount of 8% above the corresponding base rate of interest per anum shall accrue from the due date. We reserve all rights to claim additional damages for delay in payment.
§ 3 Client Information
We depend upon the accuracy of the information and documentation provided to us by our clients, or provided to us on behalf of our clients. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the information and documentation provided to us is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
§ 4 Reservation of Rights
We reserve all rights regarding the information and documents we provide or present to clients, inclusive of but not limited to all copyrights and rights of use. We do not grant ownership, license rights, or any other rights to clients or to any other third party.
