  1. Created and installed control systems for a 10 million Euro factory component purchase plan

  2. Management systems added to effect transparency for international executive management

  3. Control systems further included the systematic maintenance of updates by department head management in order to supervise deadlines, quality inspections, actual delivery times, payment schedules, deadline order and deliver dates, and further streamline the processes from sourcing suppliers through all QC steps, through installation and final payment

  4. Systems of management developed to support, monitor and control all stages of the 5 million Euro factory construction; a plan which took into consideration the supporting operations, and the arrival and scheduling of all factory components

  5. Implemented budgeting into the control systems installed to aid the management with the  additional 5 million Euro in working capital set aside for the day-to-day operations of the start-up

A start-up plant in China required assistance with processes for products to be tailored to the needs of the Western markets in Europe and the Americas.


Special attention had to be paid to the characteristics of the sensitive production processes and environmental protection constraints of the Western World.
